how should i wash my apparel?

to maintain the quality and extend the life of your new apparel, please wash the items inside out. either air dry it or place it in the dryer on low heat, inside out.

how should i wash my drinkware?

mugs

  • all mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe

glass tumblers

  • it is best practice to wash the glass tumblers by hand.
  • glass tumblers are not microwave safe.

i don't see my phone model listed.

send an email to roni@ilenedesigns.com to see if a special order is possible for your device. please include the design that you would like and your phone model.

how long will it take to receive my order?

processing time varies depending on the product. you are able to select your shipping time-frame at checkout.

journals

  • each journal is made to order. please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 3-5 days for arrival.

all other products

  • please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-5 days for arrival for the following products:
  1. phone cases
  2. phone wallets
  3. apparel
  4. id badge holders
  5. ceramic coasters
  6. glass tumblers
  7. mugs
  8. key chains

my product arrived damaged. what do i do?

if your product(s) arrived damaged, please send an email to roni@ilenedesigns.com ASAP. in the email, please include your order number and an image of the delivered item.

my order has not arrived. it is lost or stolen.

if you have not received your order within 5 business days of the expected delivery, please send an email to roni@ilenedesigns.com

please include your order number in the email.

are these phone cases MagSafe?

yes! all of the phone cases are MagSafe. they are also compatible with wireless charging.

how long will it take to hear back from you?

please allow up to 48 hours for a response via email or social media.

item variance

all products are made to order. no two items will be exactly the same due to the handmade nature of the products.

do you do custom orders for apparel?

please send all custom apparel inquiries to roni@ilenedesigns.com. be sure to include the quantity, shop design or custom design request, and the date needed by in the email. you can also fill out the form on the contact page.

do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

all other items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. all returns and exchanges will be inspected upon receipt back to the shop.
